Anthony Rotich named CUSA Male Athlete of the Year.

Rotich becomes the first C-USA student-athlete to win three consecutive Athlete of the Year honors. He concluded his track and field career as the most decorated runner in C-USA history. His final race, the 3,000m steeple at the NCAA Outdoor Track & Field Championships, was his third consecutive 3,000m national championship and fourth overall after claiming the 2014 NCAA Indoor Mile Championship. On top of that, Rotich also earned three All-America honors this year, pushing his career total to 10 awards in cross country and indoor/outdoor track. Rotich earned his third-straight C-USA Track Athlete of the Year award and won four C-USA Track & Field Championships events in 2015 alone (5,000m -- Indoor/Outdoor, 3,000m -- Outdoor, 1,500m -- Outdoor).
Rotich, who hails from of Nairobi, Kenya, also dominated the cross country course and has one year of eligibility in fall competition. He has won the C-USA Male Cross Country Athlete of the Year three consecutive times on top of three-straight C-USA Championships in the annual event.
