Wow. Well, good for him if they really did get the wrong guy.
That was from December, and seems to be based on an anonymous source who may or may not be on the side of the Arizona Cardinals (but probably is). As far as I know, this is still pending before the NFL for arbitration, and we probably won't get any sort of resolution until that process plays out.
I knew it was from December, around two days later. Someone had asked whatever became of this. Anyway, if there's video evidence I imagine this will stand
