I don't think it's necessarily a bad thing. Him and his father's have friends and ties to the region. Boosters like him and I'm sure he'll be able to get a get in the door on that merit alone. He's also an energetic guy and good salesman. Have no issues with this. -

I would agree with this. McConnell has an uphill battle, because I'm sure Locklear knows the offense inside and out and has continuity with the incoming receivers and tail backs. Also we heard he's more mobile which I think is at least helpful for this type of offense. I like McConnell though... -
