I hope this will help to increase UTEPs footprint, this was needed...many of the bigger Universities have this type of community support, here in OK metro areas you see this for the University of Ok and OSU as well.

I guess I know what station to stay away from when the teams are losing. I can see them posting 100% all positive highlights from a game and not mentioning the final score or quickly showing it on screen.

This is a step in the right direction and something that should have happened years ago. Granted it’s going to be tough to get casuals to tune into games especially if UTEP does not change course in football and basketball. But if they manage to get some eyeballs on the games and maybe dome fans come out as a result it’s a win.

IF there’s games eligible to be broadcast, they most certainly will be on the CW. Especially during the week, ABC will not allow their programming to be preempted for UTEP sports. They’re not preempting ACC football on Saturdays either.
