Additions to the UTEP Football roster

Josh Dunn was a former 3 star recruit, who signed with USF last year. According to 247 sports, he had offers from Wisconsin, Florida, Michigan State, and Georgia amongst others. Looks like he left USF after their Coaching change. He is listed as a Freshman LB at UTEP:

Khalil Rashaad-Brown is a new Junior DB. JC transfer. He was listed as a 2 star by 247 sports coming out of high school and orignally signed with San Jose State:

As expected, Joseph Pickney has become eligible. He is a Freshman DB. In my opinion, he was one of our top 2016 recruits:

Jesse Montgomery is listed as 6'1" Freshman DB transfer from SMU. He had offers from UNM and SMU coming out of high school. He signed with SMU and played 2 years at SMU, so he is likely not a Freshman:

Two more graduate transfers are listed. As previously reported, former Michigan and Akron OT Logan Tiley-Tullman is on the roster, as is former Mcneese State WR Nesley Ovincy.



WR Tre Wolf(former EP High) and WR Juleion Bowers(Midland High) are also on the team as preferred walk-ons.

And top 2016 recruit 6'7" DL Keith Sullivan has also become eligible.

That Tillman guys seems like a good one when he came out of High School. He was 4 star in Rivals and he was offered a scholarship by almost every bug name school out there. This guy might be Kuglers best recruit and probably highest rated player since Rouse. Good job kugs.

I'm very surprised Kugler signed a guy who had off-field issues.
