Mi has confirmed this evening Derek Elmendorff has changed his mind and has decided to stay in El Paso and play at UTEP. Elmendorff, originally committing in the summer, had changed his mind and said he would be attending UT San Antonio to pursue an opportunity to play football and attend the pre-med school.
Earlier this week, Elmendorff said he would keep his options open and took an official visit with UTEP this weekend.
