UTEP players are getting screwed. Especially with how many empty seats there are. NCAA allows 4 per player per game, whether at home or on the road.

I agree, but damn UTEP has to make some sweet southern style, lip smacking, parched throat killing lemonade with a touch of Jack. I think the psychological impact of the dry run is wearing on El Paso and you got to make the most of it kind of scenario. "Pour me another..."
