Former UTEP Miner who played for Gary Nord back in 2004. Jahmal Fenner first made an impact at UTEP with amazing kick return ability. During an interview with John Teicher, I remember a young Fenner saying "I'm just trying to help out the team however I can." Little did we know that he would be a very good player at UTEP and later a coaching champion in the state of Texas.
