Probably not true, but Bo and Omega always gave me the impression that they were high.Watching Bo play always left me thinking "what if?". The guy had the physical attributes but I hardly saw heart or effort from him. Felt the same way about Pau Gasol in his days with the Spurs, massive player just getting pushed around.
I disagree about heart. I think he has a lot of heart but his attitude wasn't always right. He seemed to get angry too quickly. In my opinion, he loved UTEP. I don't know if he's come to any games this year but he does seem to attend when he's not in season.Watching Bo play always left me thinking "what if?". What were the circumstances surrounding Bo and Foster’s argument. I completely forgot that was a thing.I got nothing but respect for Bo. He bleeds Orange and he brought intensity every night. I think he is one of the most under appreciated Miners. By the numbers he one of the top twenty players in program history. To me his career was at UTEP was defined by an altercation he had with Greg Foster his Freshman year. The basketball fan base is older and was fiercely protective of anything associated to Haskins. The fight was Foster's fault but Bo is the one who had his reputation drug through the mud. After that much of our very old fan base didn't like Bo and disparaged him for really no reason. It's was unfortunate Foster has a history of player altercations the latest last May when he was suspended by the Pacers for an altercation with a player. To put it nicely Foster has zero coaching ability and unfortunately his altercation with Bo overshadowed Bo's career. It created a negative narrative of Bo that he could never shake. By the numbers he is undoubtedly one of the the 20 best players in program history.
One of the news stations should hire these guys.

That would be STUPID choices
Whatever we think about the altercations between Bo and Foster, it seems to be a moot point. Bohannon said last year Foster or Hardaway should be the UTEP coach.
I agree but he supported Foster as a candidate for the job. That would be STUPID choices
