Negotiating where to reorganize funds... How much to subtract and when... Redistributing so they'll get it back at a different time... amounts and at what rate... incentives to get bonuses....
Sad and pathetic. They agreed months ago. UTEP is hurting bad. Even Lamar can afford to bring in CUSA opponents for basketball games UTEP can only afford to bring in D2 and D3 schools. I guess that's what happens when you don't win games, make bad hires, raise ticket prices, don't engage with your fans, and keep everything secret. Senter is a failure and should be fired, but he won't, can't afford to.
I guess Dismel had no time during those weeks when games were cancelled? Out recruiting the 1 player he signed this week?
We’re roughly paying Dimel around 1 million per FBS win. For comparison sakes Swinney, the highest paid coach in America made about the same per win this year.
C'mon now. These guy each make only $700,000 to $1,000,000 per year. They might not be able to feed their kids if you make them take a pay cut.
