I honestly didn’t know you could do that. I thought there were caps and limits on the amount of players you can sign in any given year.
Makes you wonder why you hire the guy with a five year plan at a talentless program. Looking back I would have hired the recruiter/coach who could bring in 50 new guys.

I hope you know it's difficult to attract championship-caliber coaches to an athletic department that aspires to be competitive 50% of the time.
This reminds me of a company I worked for that in a corporate meeting told us how they wanted to have the best engineering staff in the industry. Later the same meeting someone asked about pay and they said "We pay right at the industry average."
