Serious question, is there a poster on this board who believes they would NOT be fired by their employer for engaging in similar conduct? Failure to produce on the field plus what can only be viewed as lack of institutional control does not bode well for Kevin Sumlin.

I know I would be looking for a new job if I did something like that at my work place. A two week suspension isn't even a slap on the wrist.
