If they aren't using the government surplus cheese and highly watered tomato base sauce, cannot make a fair comparison. BTW I am a Chico's fan and frequented the Dyer/Tompkins location for a long time, often with a hangover, and when they were in the old rock building across the street. The place on Montana was always too packed and busy.
