Bye week coming up. Getting blown out by another 1-4 team at home. Our best team in at least a decade is going to be out of bowl contention by week 8. Any team that gets to 8 beats us. All the momentum that we had after 2014 is gone. I don't know. Things might change tonight. But, halfway through the third quarter tonight, this is how it feels.

The only question is have we backed ourselves into a corner by hiring an alum?

We're down 35-14 in the 4th against a bad team at home. By night's end, UTEP will be 1-5. He took us to a bowl game in year two, but was incapable of building off that season. Now, the team lacks focus and discipline...not to mention an offensive playbook consisting of more than five different run plays. Its only going to get worse before it gets better, if possible. It is time to put an end to the Kugler era.
