Hi jdubb heard it from a completely reliable source. Also heard we are not probably signing anyone else soon. Hope I am wrong.

I keep saying we are gonna be fine.....especially if Moore makes it to campus.... Again depending on who makes it to campus I think we have the best class that floyd has had here....
I say this respectfully purple, but we all have different definitions of "fine". I'm thinking in 2-3 years we will be "fine" as I define the term...if...if the vast majority of these guys stick around, and the nucleus of this group stays together.
With that said, and with tempered expectations, I might be able to say next year's team will be fine, but I find myself having to qualify what success will look like yet again.
When you say "fine" are you alluding to the 20+ win mark that you've mentioned? What if we get 20 wins but exit the CUSA tourney in round 1 or 2, will your statement still hold true for yourself? Just curious, because 20 wins in this conference isn't near what it was even 3 years ago.

The team will be fine now that we added McSwiggan. I think that Thomas and McSwiggan have a
great chance to start. Now if Vince decides to come back we could really make some noise.

I saw a post by his club team in England that said he shot 83% from 3 in one Mondial tournament game. I thought it was a typo.
Yeah, I read that for the season he was 55% from the field ... for a shooting guard that is ridiculous! I am sure the level of talent will be nothing like what he will compete against next season BUT if they can set screens for him he might be a deadly option.
Honestly I think this team will be in the running to win conference usa....and for everything we lost this year I think that can be defined as a good year!
I wonder with the addition of mcswiggan if we are gonna see a lot more international players come into play with floyd? I think that could be a very smart move!
Yeah, definitely agree with the idea of exploring into the possibility of signing more international players. Australia, Spain, Argentina and several of the Eastern European countries are often times fertile grounds.
Purplefire I wish I shared your optimism. There is little to no proven scoring. And we struggled to score this year with one of the best players in the conference. I am not saying we can't be a pretty good team next season. But counting on a bunch of guys that are new to D1 is asking a lot. I am hoping you are right!
