by the Miners. I know we beat a bad team, but a win is a win! We'll take them any way we can. I thought Leftwich looked pretty good. There was a little more creativity and execution on offense. The defense also played much better. I hope the Miners can build on this win and play better the rest of the season.

I'm just glad to see they didn't pack it in yet - was afraid that might happen - finish strong, boys!
Two very similar teams in that both are young and are dealing with a lot of critical injuries. It's good to see how the Miners responded, never quitting and closing out for a win. I give Kugler and his staff credit for rallying his team to keep giving a good effort. Go Miners.
