NCAA Grants waiver for week zero

So all schools can start Aug 29th if they want to. Supposedly the idea is to give schools more flexibility during the covid season. Should UTEP use this to move one of it's home games to week zero?

They should try, but they need a willing partner to do so. Maybe a conference game.
