A lot of us longtime Miner fans are excited about the recruiting CSW has done, however, we still need to see some kind of on the field improvement. If CSW can bring to the gridiron what he has brought to recruiting then I sure hope UTEP can show him the $$$ and keep him longterm.

Rivals recruiting is a scam. It's doesn't offer fair and correct ratings. Everyone knows when the big schools get a recruit their rating goes up , but if a school like Utep gets a recruit rating goes down. The team rankings is a big scam and it's bogus. I wish there was a site that gave out correct ratings no matter where the kid goes to school.
Agree, but utep will not have the funds to keep him long term if successful unfortunately. What they will have, is a better program, which in turn should help us attract better coaches
At this point, I don't care if UTEP keeps him or not. If he leaves, he won... At this point, he is far from that. Let's try to at least break even, what good is a top recruiting class, if the coaching doesn't match. Not much, it will be more of 2-3 win seasons, and nothing would have changed.
That Warner kid seems to be a player but it's hard to tell with true freshmen
