NIU beats Nebraska

Add another victim to their Big Ten hit list.
2017 - Nebraska
2014 - Northwestern
2013 - Iowa and Purdue
2010 - Minnesota
2009 - Purdue

They can win 6 games vs the Big 10 in less than a decade, but UTEP cannot beat a P5 team in 50 years! Unbelievable. NIU also made the 2012 Orange Bowl and they have worse attendance than UTEP. Why can't we at least achieve this? Not asking to be top 25 every year or win the National Title, but come on.

A few years ago Memphis was a constant bottom feeder in CUSA. Now they're on ABC beating a P5 ranked team in front of a full house. And UTEP going backwards.

It's worse, the others teams in old and new CUSA have gone through the winning seasons and losing seasons cycle more than once i.e Memphis, Houston, UCF, SMU, etc. We've had an almost decade long losing patch.
Where the hell are with Tier One???!!!???

Consistency at the asst. coaching staff is critical. Kug took some gambles and got burned. That is the "you have to kind of crazy" that coaches talk about when coaching at this level (and pro).
