Glad they've gotten started. They should be focused and good to go! Looking forward to hearing how it went today from a few reporters.
He might, but I don't think he'll leave. Kugler strikes me as a very principled man. He said he came back to get UTEP back to winning and quite frankly I've never seen his plan as a three year rebuild. I've seen it as a 4-5 year plan in the same light as what Harbaugh did with Stanford in changing the culture. That's been UTEPs problem (IMO) is the culture. They got comfortable accepting mediocre and became indifferent to the losing. For long term success you have to change the culture and that takes slightly longer than three years. But I digress. I'm sure if he were to get an offer it'll be back to the NFL. I don't see him leaving to coach another college program unless it's a major P5 school.
