Judicial Watch seems to think so.

- ISIS is operating a camp just a few miles from El Paso, Texas, according to Judicial Watch sources that include a Mexican Army field grade officer and a Mexican Federal Police Inspector.

- Mexican intelligence sources report that ISIS intends to exploit the railways and airport facilities in the vicinity of Santa Teresa, NM (a US port-of-entry). The sources also say that ISIS has "spotters" located in the East Potrillo Mountains of New Mexico (largely managed by the Bureau of Land Management) to assist with terrorist border crossing operations. ISIS is conducting reconnaissance of regional universities; the White Sands Missile Range; government facilities in Alamogordo, NM; Ft. Bliss; and the electrical power facilities near Anapra and Chaparral, NM.

I highly doubt that story to be true. The main reason is that El Paso has a large amount of
law enforcement agencies. That is one of the reasons the crime rate is low in El Paso, plus
95 pct of the crime cases get resolve in the first couple of days.

Bases are parking and meet areas where they fly and/or bus civil services and military personnel to military points in the desert used by the military. Our desert region is primo land for maneuvers and practice and other military hoohah. There are some in Hudspeth county as well.

-The FBI liaison officers regularly assigned to Mexico were not present at the meeting and conspicuously absent were representatives from the Department of Homeland Security (DHS). It's not clear why DHS did not participate.

I don't know how valid any of this stuff is, but I can tell you this. I live out in Horizon City. One of the things I like to to is take off on my mountain bike into the desert fields. One time I decided to go a different way from my normal route. I came up to an area that was fenced off and spotted quite a few camera posts. I figured maybe private property. I decided to go a bit further along the fence line bordering the property. By this time my curiosity was peaking. Off on the distance I could see some very odd looking buildings. Then I saw I sign that stated the property belonged to Lockheed Martin, one of the largest government defense contractors. The sign also warned any trespassers would be met with deadly force. I thought that was odd, but there's definitely something there that they don't want ppl messing around with. Not saying it's any UFO stuff but it does make sense to have top secret stuff in the EP area because out here the land is vast and not densely populated.

Well, to believe the story, you'd have to believe Anapra is 8 miles from the border. It is not. You could pee into Anapra from the US. Why would anyone choose to sneak into the US from the most heavily guarded border in the world if you didn't have to due to location.

If there were any Islamic terrorists sneaking across, everyone on the border would know it. We have cameras, a fence, family members living in Anapra, many thousands of border patrol agents with family and friends, not to mention all the other law enforcement that talk to their friends. You don't think they'd be talking to people about it. You wouldn't need any outside so called news agency telling you. You'd have credible sources to go from. The 9-11 terrorist snuck in from Canada. They settled in city's with muslin american communities to blend in. I know critical thinking is in very short supply on this board but I'm baffled at how so many people can be mislead by something posted online by someone they've never heard of.
