OT: Cowboys

Can just imagine had the Cowboys choked this game what the loudmouth runt would have been like tomorrow.

Hoping the Rams hold on. Give the boys an outside shot at the #1 seed.
No chance of that happening. You'll need the Packers and Bucs (who have the head to head tiebreaker on the Cowboys) to literally tank the rest of the season. Now for the 3 seed, that's a possibility, should the Boys beat the Cards, and both teams end up tied at the end of the season (again, tiebreaker).

We're only one game behind so it's not impossible.

over 25 years???? You sure are a glutton for punishment...My condolences...
So, the whole time Corona has been a fan, the team has never won a divisional playoff game. This explains everything. You are not used to anything else, so it is ok year after year to do the same thing because you have never experienced or seen the team do anything different.

The difference with me is that I have been a fan for much longer and have experienced the Tom Landry and Jimmy Johnson years. 4 Super Bowl wins and numerous NFC championship games. So, I am fed up with this crap they shovel to us every year.

I would have to think that if your Miner Fandom goes back 25 years for basketball and football, it is eerily similar.

Pretty much. I started watching the Cowboys during their last Super Bowl run. Still chasing that first high. I've never seen UTEP win a NCAA tournament game or bowl game. Those are my teams through all the lows and I wouldn't change them for anything.

The Dallas Cowboys should apologize to their fans. How can anyone believe in a team that has not won a divisional playoff game in 26 years, and yet have the same GM throughout that failure? How can you keep falling for it? What is going to change when you have the same GM year after year?

Corona, stop falling for their crap. They are not going to the Super Bowl if they can't win a divisional playoff game. This will be 27 years straight. Until Jerry steps away, this team is not going to win anything more than a wild card game. You should demand an apology from the team for supporting them this long only to have the team under achieve, fizzle out and just plain choke year after year. There is something inherently broken with the Cowboys, and it is called Jerry Jones.
This season is different. That divisional win is coming. It’s upon us

Still have a shot at the #1 seed.
Going to be extremely hard to have Tampa lose 2 games and have us run the table as well. They have the tie breaker head to head over us. Second seed looks to be our best shot if Green Bay loses a game because we have conference wins tie breaker over them if we run the table.

Avoiding the Rams in the wild card round is most likely what you want the path to be. Then again, they may win the division instead of the Cardinals. I still see a very tough divisional playoff game ahead in the quest to break the 26 year drought.

We'll see what happens but if TB and GB lose today the Cowboys would end the week as the #1 seed. Then we would control our own destiny.
