Yes he can. It was just 50/50 if Dez could come down with it. Megatron didn't have the best qb under center and that didn't stop him. BTW, there are loose rumors of some teams wanting him to come back. He's just 32. That's not young, but well within NFL playing age. Wouldn't surprise me if Skeletor brings him back.
