OT:Sherman hemsley Died again

Its been going all over the internet. HE passed away in 2012 but they saying he died today...
But I was reading after his death that nobody would reclaim the body. HE had no family or friends. Anyone know where he got buried. ITs says hhe had a half brother that got him buried in Philly.

Sherman had a live in "partner", female that he shared his life with. They were not married and thus his half-brother challenged a will leaving everything to her. Because the probate was in dispute, he was not interred until it was settled in her favor sometime after his death. His family then asked for the remains to be dug up and buried in Pennsylvania but that too was turned down.

Mr. Hemsley is buried at Fort Bliss National Cemetery. It's only because Floyd is the Miner coach and we are in crappy cusa and Stull settles on mediocrity and we don't blow teams out by 30-40 points that Mr. Hemsley wasn't afforded a burial at Arlington National Cemetery.

its say that he lived alone and that he was gay. I think he should be buried in El Paso. He is a EL Pasoan .
