No doubt Natalicio has done a great job at UTEP during her tenure. Under her leadership, the school increased student enrollment, added many new buildings, increased the number of PHD degrees, will soon open a new Pharmacy school and now a Tier 1 research institution. Those are amazing accomplishments for UTEP. I hope the new UTEP President continues this positive momentum and focuses on building a top notch athletic program.
