So why are people so angry?

I said it in a previous thread, nobody footing the bill for a semester at college, wants their kid/themselves going online. UTSA (and others) will likely still charge their normal rate and fees. If there’s no athletics happening, why should a student pay the sports fees? Why should they pay a library fee, etc?
