It probably passed in April and took effect in July. Same thing happened in Nevada and AZ. I missed both windows by days while I was in each state. It was legal while I was there but not legal. Had a predetermined date when the change took effect.

Yes, did you? Recreational usage is okay now and you can grow it yourself. Cops also cannot search you based on smell anymore. Your post said legal, didn’t mention anything about it being sold anywhere…..
