Rudolph lot question

It had been awhile since I could make it to a game, so I was surprised that the Rudolph lot charges $15. I was cool with that. I do remember reading sometime ago where someone bought the lot, so I get it. Worth it to all my clan.

My question is, how does the $50 tailgate fee work? How many spots do you get? Do you have to tear down? What's the story? Anyone? (that I don't have blocked)

It was $10 for the NAU game. Jacked it up $5 for this game.

Got out pretty easy. took about 30 to head east on the freeway.

Why would you pay $15 to park when you can park for free in the garage by the business building?
