Probably has to do with the contract with folliet (owners of utep bookstore) to "not compete" with the bookstore...only loophole probably was that it was game issue and not adidas

Don’t expect much. UTEP fans got all excited when FSU’s Fred Rouse transferred to UTEP, only a couple thousand came to see him (and I’m being gracious). Mike Price first and second year, too. UTEP fans just don’t come out for spring games even if they had Lucha Libre.
