"Stay at home order through May, 17"

Haha that's funny because Govenor wants to open up sooner. This should be interesting.
I thought the governor is sticking to the April 30th deadline for now and then could still extend it later. Thats another 2 weeks.

Coming up with a good plan to re-open businesses eventually is a good idea. I'm not sure why he is taking flack for just talking about it.

State is baseline. If city/ county health guideline is more stringent (lack of better term) that supercedes state.

State allows alcohol but if a county says "Nope. Its dry county for us" then that is the law.

This is the kind of test that will be needed to start seriously re-opening markets, schools, restaurants, sports, etc. An accurate serum IGG test to check for antibodies suggesting immunity. Hopefully they can test IGM at the same time to screen for active illness.

I don’t see how we lift shelter in place rules without testing but it seems like the problem is now there are cheap inaccurate tests flooding the market. Everything that we’ve done will be for nothing if we ease restrictions too soon and we have a newer and bigger wave of outbreaks.
