So Dimel is going on his 3rd or 4th OC since he's been here? OC's are probably tired of getting blamed for Dimel's poor play calling and/or the lack of autonomy. No OC worth hiring is going to come here to be a glorified QB coach. This is just another one of Dimel's short comings.

unfortunately that is why i think……he foresees a terrible season next year and is choosing to seek employment elsewhere
