The compiler of the list doesn't think the Miners should be on this list but that he's going by his metrics on their inclusion. It seems that the team has a high floor in that they are a lot better than they used to be, but also a low ceiling in that they aren't as good as we want them to be. A tough place to be for UTEP football fans.
