UTEP Men's Golf Coach Fired

Started in January and lasted until June. You have to wonder why a coach would be let go so quickly?
I have no idea what's going on but I'd love to see UTEP put a top level program together again. What's Lee Trevino doing these days?

Who cares about college Golf?? Arent these sports being canceled anyways by college athletics?? Money waster for colleges.
Senter isn't messing around when it comes to Olympic sports.
Most of us could care less. Senter barely gave his basketball coach an undeserved contract extension 7 months ago. It’s only because of a couple of lucky incidents that we have a new coach. I wish Senter wouldn’t mess around with the sports that matter!
Are you serious? Three things are taken seriously for UTEP athletics: Basketball, track and UTEP golf and not necessarily in that order.
