Tough to get ahold of, but it doesn't look like UTEP is in the mix in my opinion.

Sorry for the delay guys, I have been swamped at the new internship. Next week should kick up. Any suggestions of players you were interested in?

I know Darius Austin committed awhile ago, but it has not been reported. I may touch base with him on that.

DE: Mohammed Usman - offers Rice, Washington State, UTEP and Rice (was leaning towards Washington State at one time)

OLB: Alonzo Whaley - I believe he is going to Nebraska, in any case we are not in his final four.

IMO, there are other players we are recruiting who are not listed on any web site. Two recruits are reconsidering: Wesely (listed as a RB, but recruited as a safety) and Curry.

I don't know our strategic objective in terms of recruits by position, but our remaining list is dominated by linebackers and defensive backs. We have recruited several DB backs already and I am not sure how many more we will recruit. Somewhere in the mix I believe we need a running back, but have not offered anyone as of yet.
