CTF sat on the last scholarship until Artis was vetted

I think it is obvious now looking back at all the PGs that were on our board. As CTF took time to look into Artis' background more of our more covetted recruits went elsewhere. Today, Olin Carter, a guy many of us hoped would come here committed to UC San Diego. Only time will tell if we made the right choice.

If Stallworth is leaving than there's 1 more scholarship. If he is leaving it will be announced soon as finals week is next week.
