I have said for years the Cowboys need a disciplinarian as a coach. The only guy that I know that will take that job is Urban Meyer. He had the players crying that they were treated so badly. The only guy that I know who was similar was Harbaugh when he was with the 49ers. Saban also comes to mind, but like Belichick would never coach under Jerry.

For years, the Cowboys have been one of the worst teams penalties wise in the NFL, and one of the worst in the Red Zone. Talent would bail them out during the regular season against sub par opposition and then would kill them in the playoffs.

So, yes, they need a better coach, but until Jerry is gone it doesn't matter one bit as we agree. Jerry should just coach as he knows more than everyone else.

Actually this board is on topic no derailment going on here. Dmaminer and I are debating if the Dance team should be pretty or not. Dmaminer stance is it's not a beauty contest, it's okay if they aren't. My stance is yes I remember when I was a young kid watching the Gold Diggers they were beautiful back then. This would be another good topic on my YouTube channel. I could interview whoever is in charge of the dance program, and ask what is the selection process like??

Skyler play like a qb should. I do not understand Walden’s love affair with the throws to the flats. One or two a game maybe. Haven’t seen them work, he’s setting us up for a lot of pick sixes.

Thanks TD for helping me understand Golding's genius plan. Now I feel bad for getting so upset at the loss on Saturday. I guess that I should just ignore the team until they make that miracle run in the CUSA Tournament. That will save me all kinds of time this season, keep my blood pressure low, and significantly reduce the number of profanities I utter before March. I'm happy that you've shown me the light.

Completely agree. I wanted him gone last year, late season mini-surge and all. But we're stuck with him another year, so he has the rest of the year to prove himself. Am I holding my breath? Hell no! If we have the poor OOC season that we expect Senter needs to begin his search immediately. Of course it would be nice if it was someone other than Senter doing the searching, but unfortunately that's not likely to happen.

Im just saying they should have some higher standards. The dancers at UCLA look professional not only because their pretty but they just look the part. Uteps squad doesn't look like a college squad. The basketball team and football team get hated on here daily and hateful things are said. Why can't we do the same to womens sports???

Could have been a one game fluke, but he earned it. It's the Scotty Walden offense so he ran what was called and executed. It was impressive at times what he did.

It won't carry over to Tennessee but it'll be interesting to see what happens against NMSU.
