I don't think Thomas Howard should be in the Utep Hall of Fame. R.I.P Howard but If he had survived the accident he would probably still be in jail right now. I believe he was drunk driving and killed someone in the accident.
Have to put in Toraino Singleton , If Thomas Howard is in the Utep Hall of Fame.
