If UTEP loses to ODU, Kugler has to be put on the hot seat. Rice is far superior to ODU. No excuses. ODU shouldn't be able to push around the O line and Luafasa appears(thank God) to be feeling comfortable being the premier back, especially now that Dowell is out (which sucks too). He had 90 against Rice, and with Plinke hitting stride, Left should do really well.

Lets not kid ourselves. Miners can't look past anybody especially on the east coast. ODU has better stats than we do and they have beaten teams we couldn't so this is by no means a slam dunk game for us. We have to be prepared for a slugfest.

That's a dumb idea, Kugler will not be on the hot seat lmao!!! The fact that we even have a shot at a Bowl is a miracle. Apparently you haven't followed the year and don't know we've lost 10 starters and 17 in the 2 deep to injury. Not many D1 schools at Utep's level could come back from that. Pay Attention, before speaking ignorance!

It would take a great effort by the Miners if they played Mother Cabrini High School out of The Bronx.....and with a healthy lineup, too. East coast is no mans land for UTEP.
