Clardy: weapon and marijuana charges

All of the players who don't get a lot of minutes need to be careful because we need space for a dominating big. We've got plenty of guards. I think Golding will do the right thing and give Clardy a chance.

I was wondering why we didn’t see him on the road trip. I knew when White was in with no Clardy, something was up. I was just hoping it was Covid protocol or something. On another note, is Dekonik still with the team? I haven’t seen him on the bench since conference play.

Reminded me of when Johnny “Smooth” Melvin did a pendejada possession in high school right before he came to UTEP. A Chicago detective called Haskins and told him it was a stupid thing he did and he was in no way a trouble maker and asked Haskins not to kick him off the team.

He was released on bail immediately. Seems like these are charges that’ll get dismissed unless he has a record.

Where he screwed up was having both, my guess he will get probation and community service, after the seasons over.

It is
So I guess it depends if it was in plain view and holstered and if he had a license (since he is not 21). Not as simple as some make it sound. There are still rules (and that is aside from him having marijuana). I would venture to say that he was not following the rules...
