Seems their shooting has gone south, their defense has been consistent somewhat but turnovers, poor shooting and not meshing as a team have done them in.
As hard as it may be to believe, their fg percentage on Saturday was well above their season average. It’s worth mentioning that their 3 point shooting was low compared to their season average, but was offset by their increased overall fg percentage.
Where they lost the game, at least statistically speaking, was from the line. If Bell shoots his season average from the stripe, they win. As a team, UNT shot their freebies about 12-13% lower than their season average. If they shoot at their average, they win by 3 or 4. Both Boum and the team as a whole shot above our season average from the ft line.
I only mentioned Bell and Boum because they both shot the lion’s share of their respective team’s FTs.
But, as is said, that’s why they play the game. It ain’t played on paper.
I think he was talking about the UTEP women's team but nice summary.

I think they shouldn't be changing the routine. Wedsnday, Thursday, and Saturday are late time starts. Friday is only day where games start early. How does that make sense??
Probably to give the semis winners as much rest possible for the championship game.
I don't like the new seedings at all. We are the 4th seed in the west and have to play an extra game, while W. Kentucky has the same conference record and gets the bye by default. Also FAU gets a better match up than us with same record and we beat them. If they just seeded it like normal we'd possibly be 4th overall seed behind N. Texas, UAB and M. Tennessee.
Depending on the tie breakers, at best we would be the 5th seed and would play the winner of (12) Marshall vs (13) UTSA then play (4) LT.
At worst we would be the 7th seed and play (10) RICE then play (2) UAB.
Somewhere in the middle and we would be the 6th seed and play winner of (11) FIU vs (14) USM then play (3) MTSU.
All it did was make our first opponent a little more difficult since ODU is basically the (9) seed and our next opponent is (3) MTSU.
ODU — great name for a deodorant.
With KK back that’s another headache matchup for ODU we didn’t have last time and he has come back with fresh legs (no pun intended) and feeling good (his words he stated post game commentary a few days ago).

Looking at today's results I'm convinced UTEP coulda made a run to the NCAA SMH
