From what I understand we could earn as much as 850k per year.My big questions are; what about streaming and how much do we get paid.
You dont get paid anything. My big questions are; what about streaming and how much do we get paid.
Well on the bright side. The Miners can't ruin my weekends anymore for one month. The payout sucks and the October conference football games will now be mid-weeiners can't ruin my weekends anymore
Yes they can. They lose on Thursday and you will be mad all weekend.Well on the bright side. The Miners can't ruin my weekends anymore for one month.
Yeah worked out well for NMSUUTEP would make more money going independent.
UTEP would make more money going independent.
What CBS game are you talking about? How does Liberty get a game on CBS if they're are indy??
No different than the last 3 games and next weeks game.Fvck Wednesday games — will be a ghost town.
Today they play Uconn on CBS Sports Network. What CBS game are you talking about?
CBS SN isn’t CBS. Liberty was the road team. UTEP played on Fox earlier this year and CUSA doesn’t have a contract with Fox.Today they play Uconn on CBS Sports Network.
UTEP just played rice on CBS sports tooToday they play Uconn on CBS Sports Network.
Hopefully just as bad as we thought Boise St. was gonna beat us!How bad is UTSA going to beat us?
Similar and probably more injuries than UTEP, and UTSA isn’t making excuses. At least a two touchdown win for them. How bad is UTSA going to beat us?
Hopefully bad enough to fire Dimel, 100 to 0, would that do it?How bad is UTSA going to beat us?
UCONN is also indy. So how do they get a game on CBS Sports network?? I thought you had to be in a conference to play on national tv?? Explain to me how that works??CBS SN isn’t CBS. Liberty was the road team. UTEP played on Fox earlier this year and CUSA doesn’t have a contract with Fox.
You can look up how it works.
First, CBS sports network is not considered national TV. Second, Notre Dame's been on national TV (NBC) since the early 90s.UCONN is also indy. So how do they get a game on CBS Sports network?? I thought you had to be in a conference to play on national tv?? Explain to me how that works??
Went right over your head didn’t itYou dont get paid anything.
I went to the UTSA game today and they completely dominated La Tech. UTEP will have to play like they did against Boise State to even have a chance. But first they need to beat FIU before we can worry about that.Hopefully just as bad as we thought Boise St. was gonna beat us!
FIU will be an easy walk in the park. UTSA will be a loss. 5-7I went to the UTSA game today and they completely dominated La Tech. UTEP will have to play like they did against Boise State to even have a chance. But first they need to beat FIU before we can worry about that.
So CUSA is not getting a national TV deal then? CUSA should cancel the CBS sports deal then. Are you really bringing up Norte Dame?First, CBS sports network is not considered national TV. Second, Notre Dame's been on national TV (NBC) since the early 90s.
See, this media deal is a massive improvement. Still garbage but better than what we had. I'm glad we can go to ESPN+ and CBS for all of our games now.For those of us watching NMSU @ UTEP hoping the production had been improved...tough $h!t. The video was OK but audio was awful.
Now that the new media deal has been struck we can say goodbye to CUSA TV and look forward to CBS and ESPN producing our games. That is a big improvement, IMO.
Here is a quote from Kappy on krod.com:
Today, C-USA released all the details of their new media deal and they will be ending CUSATV starting the next athletic year. ESPN+ or ESPN3 will take over digital rights to all men's and women's basketball games that are not picked up by CBS Sports Network. That is significant since 11 men's basketball games and another 15 women's games will be on CUSATV this season. In addition, all Olympic sports (soccer, volleyball, baseball, softball, etc.) will move to ESPN's digital platform.

It is not going to improve until Mr. Senter decides to buy A brand new production truck and get rid of that refurbished truck. For those of us watching NMSU @ UTEP hoping the production had been improved...tough $h!t. The video was OK but audio was awful.

I'm gonna watch the replay on MinerTV in a few minutes. It's nice to get a second look.I just renewed my subscription to CUSATV with a password that they created and said I would never be asked for it so I didn't make note of it. When I turned on the game it asked me to buy a subscription; didn't say "login ". Since the game was underway, I didn't want to miss anything by calling tech support or customer service and watched the whole game on my phone. Not fun watching on the phone. Tomorrow I'll call them and see what I have to do to watch Sul Ross.
Is Miner replay free??I'm gonna watch the replay on MinerTV in a few minutes. It's nice to get a second look.
