Good find.

I think coaches and schools should be able to dismiss players for violating codes of conduct before, and whether or not, they are charged or convicted in the courts. The judicial process takes too long, and a coach/school should be able to have and enforce their own (higher/tougher) standards without exposing themselves to lawsuits. The athlete gets a scholarship, but it comes with behavioral and academic strings attached.
