Yeah, it happens. A top-5 FCS team can take down, say, a Big Ten team (in recent years Iowa, Minnesota, Northwestern, even then-FCS App St. over Michigan in one of the greatest upsets of all time).

A mid-FCS team should be no match for an FBS team, though, and certainly the FBS team shouldn't be outright dominated. All those other scores you listed were close.

I’d say Kansas, but UTEP is number 2. KU is a Big 12 team.
