Los Alamitos HS: Played on three Sunset League championship teams… Earned his name to the All-Sunset Academic Team twice and was his team’s captain… Tossed 30 touchdown passes as a senior and earned his team’s Most Valuable Player award as a junior when he threw for 3,023 yards… Accounted for 153 rushing yards and two touchdowns as a sophomore, while he tossed for 2,470 yards and 27 touchdowns to go along with 530 yards and five touchdowns on the ground as a freshman… Was also a member of the baseball team for one season…..
Personal: Most memorable moment was when he threw for an Orange County All-Star Game record 275 yards, along with a passing and rushing touchdown… Would like to transfer to any school that offers a scholarship… Aspires to be either a sports broadcaster or an orthopedic surgeon… His father was a quarterback for the Falcons from 1988-89 and then transferred to East Carolina University, while his mom was a volleyball player at UC Santa Barbara… Hobbies include playing the guitar… Has one brother – Bo (17), who is on the football team at Los Alamitos High… Is the son of Sean and Deanna McConnell… Born in Whittier, CA on May 14, 2002…..
