Football Recruiting

He has potential. Right now he can rely on his size to win balls in the air. This is not a knock, but his route running needs to improve immensely. I’m sure it’s because he hasn’t had to rely on it much at all up to this point.
Seems to have good hands, and decent size. Add a little muscle and as you point out, clean up the routes and could be a contributor one day.

One thing I noticed about this video is how nice the fields are in El Paso. I really liked Clints field. Whoever is building the fields in El Paso are doing a good job. EPCC baseball field is nice, El Paso Chihuahuas field is nice and now the high school fields are nice.
Budgeted items started years ago. I love sports and HS sports are valued and needed but taken waaaaaaaay too seriously by some communities like the whacko parents and fans in parts of Texas (yes, even in El Paso).

I am also a parent of special needs kids and their budget is victim to the axe. And spare me the argument it is not when Diagnosticians are let go but you see the field and weight rooms upgraded. Thankfully, some districts are putting in special needs amendments in voter approved district budgets in some regions.

you are correct. my wife is a teacher (not in EP). Special Ed is generally considered an annoyance by admin. They do the bare minimum that they think they can, often way way out of compliance with law. They count on most parents of special needs kids not knowing the law or having the means to fight the district.
