Mental illness is a disease that Americans don't publicly want to deal with and with a lot of states, like Texas for one, that have cut funding which cuts access and help, it has become a dangerous issue and Chris sounds like a good example.

The sad thing is he has a history of this type of behavior and he isn't getting the mental help or jail time needed to keep him off the streets. At what point is he a danger to himself and the public?

It's really unfortunate what's happened to Craig. He seems to have been having these issues since before he came to UTEP.
