UCF is moving out, hire Missouri OC Josh Hoepple as HC. This is his first HC job, they hired Randly Shannon as DC, an experienced former HC and excellent recruiter. Great matchup, IMO.

Similarly, UTEP should look HARD at a highly successful P5 experienced coordinator - Kendall Briles comes to mind - and pair him with an experienced DC. On the clock...
