Going back though the first 3 recruiting classes and matching them up against the current roster, CK is retaining between 75 and 80% of his recruits. That was astounding to me given the turnover in college sports today. I think he's retaining close to 100% of his JC recruits. If my theory of retaining and developing players is correct, we should start seeing the benefits of that retention soon.
