Kugler recruited the hell out of El Paso. Mr. one kid from every school... Yet fails to recruit a dang kicker! I am so glad he is gone, for the first time in a long time! The Miners played exciting and were not a disgrace! They will move forward, and will win a few games! Tonight showed that Kugler ball will never work... Not at UTEP, the future will be bright, they may not be the most talented... but they fight hard, and need to open it up a little more. I think they will. Go Miners! and PS to the kicker... practice.

El Paso has plenty of talented kickers. I find it hard to believe we couldn't find a local kid who was a better kicker than what we saw tonight. This should have been a win and could have been a turning point for the rest of the schedule.
