LaTech who was 3-9 last year picked 4th. Aggies picked 5th. Guess LaTech made more improvements in the off season than Dismel did.

The predictions are predicated on UTEP's history rather than the actual talent on the team. We just never seem to live up to our abilities. Loser mentality makes for a losing record. I'd like it to be different. We shall see.

Something that I find interesting is that a lot of people outside of UTEP fan circles are giving Hardison a lot of respect. I think they are looking at his stats and have not watched the games. They should pay more attention to completion percentage and intercept rate than yards. Hopefully they're right and he takes a big step this year
